Aditya Khanna is the only child of his parents Joginder Singh Khanna and Sushila Devi. Aditya Khanna grandparents Butta singh Khanna and Grandmother Nisha Singh, they all live together in one house.

Butta Singh Khanna, the grandfather of Aditya Khanna settled in Sonbhadra in the year 1945 where he started a small shoe manufacturing unit which was later joined by his son Joginder Singh Khanna. Later, in the year 1985, Aditya Khanna was born to them.

Aditya Khanna’s family has been giving importance to education. Aditya Khanna grandfather himself was an Arts graduate from Banaras University and his son passed out from Allahabad University. Aditya Khanna himself is a graduate from Osmania University.

Apart from the family business, Aditya Khanna grandfather has started a social service network in the name of his grandson Aditya Khanna which is now being looked after by Aditya Khanna himself.
